DIY – Past Life Regression Therapy

DIY means Do It Yourself, I enjoy doing most of the things myself and would like you to enjoy doing past life regression therapy on yourself!

Past Life Regression Therapy turns out to be either expensive or not accessible for everyone, and its also better to avoid practitioners who lack credentials. But don’t let these deter yourself from knowing about Past Life regression therapy or enjoying its benefits.

By following the simple instructions below you should be able to get substantial results, kindly pay attention to detail, I’ve tried to keep it as concise as possible, hence every word matters. 

Would it be your/my first time, tapping into your past life memory? 

No!

Our subconscious mind is a repository of all our past life memories and it is always throwing up thoughts connected to our past life, it’s just that we don’t pay much attention to it. 

Your intense attraction for someone or a place or a word, your dreams when regularly noted down will reveal a pattern which can give some valuable hints about your past life. 

Is it safe?

It’s as unsafe as sleeping!

That must have shocked you right? Sorry, but what I was trying to get at is, its a natural state of mind, when ever we are watching a nail biting movie scene or driving or doing things on auto pilot, it is our subconscious which has taken control. So there is nothing new and nothing unnatural, its as safe as sleep, but all the more satisfying and relaxing.

Modus operandi? 

Firstly remember its “easy”,

even in a session with the professional, trained, certified past life regression Therapist, it is your own mind which gives out the experiences, solutions and such amazing things. The practitioner would only be a guide and giving you the below suggestions. 

So can we start off right now?

Yes!

1. First, just mentally think of what you want to work on like find a fear or pain, to begin with, just pick up an issue of lesser magnitude and something you can measure so that you can see it for yourself on how amazingly this works. Write it on a paper if possible and also imagine how awesome it would be if you overcome this problem. 

2. Find a peaceful place, switch off all distractions, even the internet connection, if you are reading this document online. 

3. Play some relaxing music. Even spa music is fine. Just something which will relax you all the more and not make you rock and dance! 

4. Take a few deep long breaths and imagine releasing all tension through every part of your body, and as you get more and more relaxed, close your eye lids slowly. 

5. Imagine that there is a ball of light floating right above your head, you can colour it the way you want, then imagine it to slowly come down starting from your head touch each and every part, healing them and relaxing them all the more. Go down right from head to toes.
6. Once you are in a deep state, just count backwards from 10 to 1 imagining that you are going down a stair case, going deeper and deeper with each step and at the count of 1, just tell your mind to “go back in time to the cause of this fear or problem that I have” and maintaining your relaxation just wait and perceive what comes up. 

7. For a considerable amount of time, count from 1 to 10 to bring yourself back to your normal self. And note down what ever came up. At first it might not make any sense but as the dots get connected amazing things will come out. 
If required you can read out the above and make a recording and play it. Practice this as many times as possible and every time you practice this, you will go deeper and deeper and have more and more amazing experiences.
